Hosting a viewing party?

Download the Viewing Party Planning Guide and more, below.

Get started on your guest list and consider these questions:

How many people would you like to invite and who will they be?
Will you ask guests to purchase their own tickets? Or will you buy the Viewing Party Experience for Twelve?
What time would you like guests to arrive? We suggest having guests arrive no later than 5:30 when the silent auction closes and the pre-show begins.
Will you encourage guests to dress up in gala attire or keep it casual?
Should guests with kids find a babysitter or will you have a movie room for the kids during the live event?

No matter what you decide, it is sure to be a special evening celebrating and supporting the students of Chesapeake Bay Academy!
